  • Terms and Conditions – Commission-Free Sale Donation

    1. Introduction Dan and Essie Moloney ("the Donors") have generously donated a commission-free property sale ("the Offer") to be auctioned off in support of Sunburnt Souls ("the Beneficiary"). The highest bidder ("the Winner") will receive a commission-free sale of their residential property, subject to the following terms and conditions.

    2. Eligibility

    • The Offer is valid for residential properties located on the Gold Coast. Queensland, Australia.

    • The property to be sold must be legally owned by the Winner at the time of listing.

    • The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

    3. Inclusions

    • Dan and Essie Moloney will waive their commission fees for the sale of the Winner’s property.

    • The Winner will receive full professional real estate sales services, including negotiation and management of the sales process.

    4. Exclusions & Costs Payable by the Winner The Winner is responsible for covering all advertising and marketing costs associated with the sale, including but not limited to:

    • Realestate.com.au and other listing platform fees.

    • Professional photography.

    • Floor plans.

    • Any additional marketing expenses required to promote the property.

    5. Use and Expiry

    • The Offer must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of the auction.

    • If not used within this period, the Offer will be deemed void and no refunds or extensions will be granted.

    6. Payment to Sunburnt Souls

    • The winning bid amount must be paid directly to Sunburnt Souls upon settlement of the property sale.

    7. Legal & Compliance

    • The Winner must comply with all relevant real estate laws and regulations.

    • The Donors will conduct the sale in accordance with the applicable industry standards and real estate regulations.

    8. Liability & Indemnity

    • The Donors and Sunburnt Souls shall not be held responsible for any losses, delays, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the sale.

    • The Winner acknowledges that market conditions may impact the final sale price and duration of the sale.

    9. Acceptance of Terms By participating in the auction and winning the Offer, the Winner acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
